Refund Policy

Since Rocksand Computers is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. On tangible items (hardware), we will fully refund or
replace damaged goods that have been sent to you.

However, we realise that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

1) non-delivery of hardware. If your items are not received in the post within 5 days, please contact us in order for us to chase this with our couriers.
Items lost in the post will be replaced immediately.
2) non-delivery of emails. Please check your Spam Mail and add our email address (info@RocksandComputers.co.uk) to your address book to ensure delivery of
emails. You will receive an automated email from WorldPay and from our Store within 15 minutes of completing your order. Your order will be checked and
authorised by our Team, and a separate email with licence code (if applicable) will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive emails,
please contact our Team for immediate assistance, and use your Order Reference for us to track down your details.

such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that
the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any
refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts,
extensions etc), please contact us for details prior to ordering. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and
we do not provide support for third-party applications.
